There is life skills and daily activities available to the service users so as to encourage social integration and develop self – reliance and life skills. It is important to ensure you encourage and support the service users to enable independence and confidence in every life.
You will give support to vulnerable adults with their everyday living and promote their independence, to give the best quality of life within their agreed care package.
Duties expected from our staff will include cooking, cleaning, driving, personal care giving, report writing, dealing with challenging behaviours.
