We are looking for an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Role Overview
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of our domiciliary care operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, delivering exceptional service, and supporting our staff and service users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities
\u2022 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain our CQC “Good” or “Outstanding” rating.
\u2022 Oversee the day-to-day operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring smooth service delivery.
\u2022 Recruit, train, and support care staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
\u2022 Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage risk effectively for service users.
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
\u2022 Monitor performance and quality assurance, implementing improvements where necessary.
\u2022 Manage budgets, ensuring the financial sustainability of services.
\u2022 Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What We\u2019re Looking For
\u2022 Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar role in domiciliary care.
\u2022 Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
\u2022 Registration: Must be registered with the CQC or eligible to register.
\u2022 Skills:
o Strong leadership and management abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
o Financial and resource management experience.
o A compassionate and client-focused approach to care.
\u2022 Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
