Supported Accommodation
We provide supported accommodation creating safer spaces for vulnerable young people aged 16+ with a range of needs.
Domiciliary Care Services
We deliver compassionate care that respects privacy, dignity, choice, and independence right at your home.
Individual Care & Support
We provide supported living placements for young people aged 16 to 21. We undertake a complete assessment for each young person to determine their abilities to provide an individual plan to develop independence, access further learning and to support young people to reach their goals and aspirations as they prepare for adult living.
Raisso House provided an assistance package for my mother, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Her carer was compassionate, professional, and highly skilled, providing fantastic support with daily activities and medical needs.
