About us
We assist, motivate young people to be both independent and be integrated into the community
Creating safer spaces for young people
At Raisso House Ltd our philosophy is to achieve success through working in partnership with others. We work closely with Parents, Carers, Local Authority Social Care Teams, Schools, Specialist Therapeutic Resources and all other relevant professionals in order to deliver the right social care solution for every individual young person. We provide supported living placements for young people aged 16 to 21.
We undertake a complete assessment for each young person to determine their abilities to provide an individual plan to develop independence, access further learning and to support young people to reach their goals and aspirations as they prepare for adult living.
Our young people reside with a bespoke package of support dependent on their needs. Through effective planning and our experienced staff teams, we offer a consistent and effective approach for the care of young people. We go the extra mile to ensure our comprehensive support packages produce Positive Outcomes for the young people in our care. With our range of service options and high staffing ratios, we provide exceptional care and can offer a range of specialist placement options which can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual placed with us.
Our Mission
Raisso House Supported Living operates a high-quality semi-independent service to safeguard, empower and provide stability to young people as they go through the journey of transition to adulthood. The service is for young people who are put under the responsibility of the Local Authorities, including those with mild learning difficulties. Research shows that managing the web of transition for young people can be challenging, and without the proper support, young people are likely to struggle even when they start families with children. Therefore, at Raisso House Supported Living, we aim to provide young people with skills and opportunities to assist them in making the right choices without the big worry for the future.
Our Aim
Empower our young people to have a voice and be self-sustainable. Work with young people and their families, including professionals, to ensure the young people are well supported to achieve their full potential. Enable young people to discover their potentials and define their future aspirations and goals. Provide robust needs-led assessment of the young person’s needs and strengths. Work in partnership with Local Authorities to ensure outcomes for young people are promoted and achieved in line with SMART indicators. Create a reflective space for young people to think independently and learn from each other’s experiences.
