We are looking for an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Role Overview
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of our domiciliary care operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, delivering exceptional service, and supporting our staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain our CQC “Good” or “Outstanding” rating.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and support care staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage risk effectively for service users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and quality assurance, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Manage budgets, ensuring the financial sustainability of services.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar role in domiciliary care.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Registration: Must be registered with the CQC or eligible to register.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and management abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
o Financial and resource management experience.
o A compassionate and client-focused approach to care.
• Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
