Step 1 – Lets have a chat
Book an initial telephone or virtual chat with us to have any questions you may have answered. At the same time, we will gather some details from you about the person who is looking for home care and arrange a good time for us to visit, to carry out an in-person assessment of your care needs.
Step 2 – Creating your care package
An assessor will visit you in the home of the person who is looking for care, to conduct a care and risk assessment. The assessment will help us understand the level of care required and pair you with the right care professional.
Step 3 – Get to know your care professional
Once you are happy with your care package, we will introduce you to your career so you can spend some time getting to know each other.
Step 4 – Keep in touch
Once you are happy with your care package and care professional, your service will begin and you will have the option of keeping in touch via our Care Track service.
